American cop shoots Australian journalist in LA. The LA immigration riot was the setting of what looked like a deliberate act by an LAPD officer firing upon and hitting a Channel Nine journalist with a rubber bullet. Is this an act of war? Extremist American cop firing on a member of the press in a scene reminiscent of what is happening in Israel. The action showed a complete lack of respect for the role of the international media covering an event of this magnitude. It is just another indication of the depths to which the United States has fallen over recent years.

Trump’s American Acts Of War
Trump’s America is no longer a responsible ally for Australia or any reasonable Western democracy. The blowhard dictator is fast establishing the US as an authoritarian police state. His heavy handed immigration deportation policies are intentionally inflaming situations around the country. America is a nation built on people coming from elsewhere to establish new lives in the US. The sudden arrest of many thousands of immigrants, some of whom have been in the US for decades, is deliberately confrontational. The Trump regime want the push back and riots so that they can declare martial law. Extremist American right wing stratagems dictate crises as the means by which they curtail democratic norms.
America No Longer A Responsible Ally

Extremist authoritarian behaviour by the Trump regime does not comply with Western democratic traditions. Masked ICE agents grabbing academics and students who have green cards off the streets and detaining them illegally. Judges being arrested by the arms of the Trump regime. Bogus emergency executive power measures being enacted left, right and centre. These are all fascist authoritarian actions designed to instil fear in the populace. Trump’s America is a corruption of what the US Constitution intended for its people.
American Isolation
The rest of the world is being forced, via tariffs and threats of ever greater tariffs, to isolate America until the fever of right wing reactionary authoritarianism has passed. Tin pot dictators invariably come to a bad end if history is anything to go by. Lots of people have stopped travelling to the US, as the draconian border forces are detaining would be visitors to America. This is unpopularity on steroids being embarked upon by the Trump regime. How do you forgive a nation that has twice elected a crook and disgusting human being as their leader? Not in a hurry that is for sure.
