You know, watching the Donald Trump circus in America is pretty amazing. What did a commentator say recently, ‘hire a bunch of clowns and you get a circus,’ It is like someone has gone around and purposely brought together the dumbest bunch of people to run the country. It is the complete reversal of centuries of collective intention to attract the best experts in their fields for this national purpose. Now, you have law breakers serving as Attorney General and DOJ officials. Trade and treasury departments devoid of economists. Health department heads who know nothing about public health. It is the biggest shit show ever assembled in Washington DC and Trump is never off camera for longer than it takes to take a crap.
Observing The Donald Trump Clown Show
Those of us observing this clown show do not have any respect for the Trump circus. I can, pretty much, guarantee that America has lost more respect internationally in the last 82 days than anyone or thing in recorded history. Putting the dumbest people in charge of the country is, without doubt, the stupidest thing the world has ever seen. It does not matter how much wealth that entity has if it acts like a bumbling ignoramus on steroids. Behaving with no respect for the rule of law takes the Trump regime out of the equation of respectable nations at large. The admix of evil and foolishness represented in the actions of this administration is truly without parallel. I mean, take the tariffs. On again, off again, on again, off again – WTF is going on? Then, the lies from all the idiots working in the White House defending their leader. What president has ever behaved with such wild inconsistency, flip flopping like a deranged old man drugged up to the nines.

American Economic Own Goal Via Trump
The performance of Trump and his minions will go down in history, if we ever get out of this mess. People will study this collective aberration, as they do the witch trials in Salem and the Red Scare McCarthyism of the 1950s. This will be bigger, however, this national own goal from nowhere, especially economically. How to ruin the global economy in less than 90 days could be a thesis for economists and historians of the future. Watching the Donald Trump circus is akin to driving an oil tanker down Wall St to bring down the financial infrastructure of the world’s richest nation.

Donald Trump originally came across Navarro thanks to son in law Jared Kushner. Apparently, he did an Amazon search for books on economics and found one with the catchy title – The Coming China Wars by Peter Navarro. In that book Navarro references repeatedly an economist named Ron Varo to bolster his economic theories about the effectiveness of tariffs. It turns out that Ron Varo does not actually exist and is an anagram of Navarro’s own name. The dishonesty of these right wing extremists around Donald Trump is gobsmacking.”

When you destabilise essential institutions, as Trump is doing, the pillars holding everything up come crashing down. Rule of law? Gone and corrupted beyond the pale. The market? Going fast, as investors and nations lose certainty. American financial hegemony? Gone, betrayed by the foolishness of a madman. Trillions of dollars of wealth wiped off in days. Oligarchs and billionaires scratching their heads. Giant successful American corporations like Apple facing financial Armageddon from China tariffs over 140%. Is Trump really just about avenging himself on America for rejecting him in 2020?
Is the grand plan one of absolute destructiveness?
Steven King had a thing about the evil nature of dark clowns. Is the Trump circus a wrecking display for the greater world to see? The wrath of one man unleashed in full view of the global media? America is a sick society and the MAGA forces want to lance the boil. Nobody is safe. Dictators are notoriously unpredictable when empowered. America has launched the Donald Trump clown show on an unsuspecting world. ‘It’ may pale into insignificance, Pennywise might be out of a job, along with half a million civil servants.
Evil is dumber than dumber. Trump is parading the worst of us live on national TV. Creepy presidential dudes from El Salvador – no saviour there folks. Sleaze and macro corruption are dancing on the graves of war heroes, whilst Donald Trump plays golf. It is a very bad day for decency in the USA.
